After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant when this court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the application. Leave granted. 2) The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is arrested on 25.7.2014 and since then he is in Jail. In the circumstances, the learned Trial Court seized of the trial pertaining to CR No.222 of 2014 registered with Kandivali Police Station is hereby directed to conclude the trial as far as possible on or before 31.12.2016.
