Learned APP states that charge sheet has been filed in May 2016. We have perused the order dated 21st April, 2016. Learned counsel for Petitioners submits that the Petitioners are not satisfied with the way the investigation was conducted.

The petitioners are at liberty to address a comprehensive representation to the Senior Police Inspector of the concerned police

2/2 wp1159.16.sxw station with a request for further investigation. The petitioners may forward copy of representation to the DCP, Zone II. In case such a representation is received, we direct the Senior Police Inspector of the concerned police station to take appropriate decision in accordance with law.
