Heard. Issue notice to the respondents. Learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of the respondent/State. 2.

The applicants (original accused in Sessions Case No.295 of 2019) seek cancellation of non-bailable warrant issued against them by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune, on 12 February 2024. The learned Counsel for the applicants fairly submits that the applicants are not evading their appearance and intend to be present in the trial court tomorrow, i.e. 17 April 2024, and file a fresh application seeking cancellation of nonbailable warrant. 3.
