Considering the submissions and as the issue with regard to caste validity certificate is pending in this writ petition, the application for amendment is already allowed. The respondent no.5 though stated to be served, not appeared today again. As the interview date is 30.3.2015, we are inclined to direct the respondent no.5 to interview the petitioner as he is already in the list of selected candidates but without insistence for original caste validity certificate as this document is with respondent no.2-scrutiny committee. The zerox copy of caste validity certificate of the petitioner at the most be taken note of. However, this is without prejudice to the rights and
