Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is for providing present correct addresses of Respondent Nos. 4, 5, 7, 8 and 9.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) Applicant is permitted to carry out Sneha Chavan 1/2

2 cawst 7900-17=.doc amendment in petition as per Schedule 1 annexed to the Civil Application.

b) Amendment to be carried out within two weeks, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

c) If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, applicant to provide amended copy of Writ Petition to the other side.

d) If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, office is directed to issue fresh notice to the unserved respondents on their present correct addresses as provided by the applicant.

e) In addition to usual mode of service, the applicant is permitted to serve the unserved Respondents along with entire proceedings by way of private notice either by RPAD and/or by hand delivery and to file an Affidavit of service to that effect on or before next date.

f) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
