By this application, the Applicant has sought to condone the delay of 381 days in filing the appeal challenging the judgment dated 28.01.2003 In WC Application No.38/C-11 of 1996, whereby the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and Judge, First Labour Court, Mumbai, has awarded compensation of Rs.91,854/-. 2.

The application reveals that the Respondent No.1 had filed execution proceeding and that the Appellant has already complied with the order. The award is sought to be challenged after payment of decreetal amount. The application does not disclose sufficient cause to P P SALGAONKAR
