The learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri K V Saste, on instructions of Shri Narendra Avchit Saundane - Police Constable of Chandwad Police Station, Nashik Rural, states that the charge-sheet has been filed. In view of the fact that the charge-sheet has already been filed, it is not possible to grant any relief to the Petitioner in the above Criminal Writ Petition. The above Criminal Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. However, it is open for the Petitioner who is a school teacher to avail of the statutory remedies that are available in law at the appropriate stage.
