Learned counsel for the Petitioners states that the Petitioners' Revision is pending before the Hon'ble Minister. It is filed U/s.154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. He has also deposited half the amount of the dues. He relied on the page Nos.199 and 200 to submit that, he has deposited more than half the amount of dues.

Learned counsel for the Respondent No.4 states that the Hon'ble Minister be directed to decide the Revision Application within a period of three months.

Considering this situation, the petition can be disposed of. Since the Revision application is pending and since the Petitioner has deposited half the amount of the dues, the recovery certificate can be stayed till the Revision application is decided. 5.

Hence, the following order:

O R D E R

i) The Hon'ble Minister is directed to decide the Petitioner'

s Revision Application within a period of three months from today.

ii) Till then, the Recovery Certificate dated 10/03/2023, Exhibit '

G' to the petition issued by the Special Recovery Officer, Navi Mumbai Cooperative Housing Federation Ltd., is stayed. iii) The Writ Petition is disposed of.
