The above Civil Application has been filed by the Applicant original Respondent for being permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited by the Petitioner in this Court pursuant to the order dated 01/07/2015 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court. The said amount is deposited towards the arrears of maintenance payable by the Petitioner in terms of the order impugned in the above Writ Petition. Since the above Writ Petition has been dismissed by an order passed today, the above Civil Application would have to be allowed and is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), however, the Applicant - lgc
