The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that though he has been directed to be enrolled as a member of respondent No.1 Society by respondent No.1. However, the respondent No.1 is not acting upon. 2.

The petitioner can very well approach respondent Nos. 2 and 3 requesting them to compel the respondent No.1 to comply with their orders. The Petition is, therefore, disposed of with liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
