The learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation submits that the building by name "Shakti Market Building", situated at Netaji Road, Siru Chowk, Ulhasnagar - 421 002 is illegally constructed. The learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.7 to 25 submits that application for regularization has been filed with the Corporation and the documents required by the Corporation will be furnished within two weeks. 1/2

The learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation submits that after receipt of the documents, the matter would be thoroughly processed and a final decision will be taken within four weeks. 3.

In view of the orders passed earlier, Writ Petition stands disposed of. 4.

If the documents are not provided within the stipulated time, the Corporation shall proceed to take further action in accordance with law. Stand over to two weeks for compliance.
