1) Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

2) This application is received through jail. The applicant herein has challenged the order dated 13.10.2015 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune thereby rejected the prayer of the applicant to get the copies of the necessary documents without following the procedure of law. It appears that the applicant filed an application below Exh.81 in Special Case No.35 of 2015 for getting a certified copy of the remand warrant and other documents. The Trial Court rejected the said application by holding that the applicant has not followed the necessary legal procedure for obtaining the copies from the concerned Court and the said Court i.e. the Court seized of the cannot direct the issuance of copies as asked by the applicant. 3) I have gone through the record and found that there is no error or illegality in the order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge 13.10.2015. The present application being devoid of any merits is accordingly dismissed.
