We record the statement of learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2-Corporation that at the stage of the survey the Respondent No.2-Corporation is not insisting on the Domicile Certificate from the Street Vendors. 2.

In view of the above statement, prayer clause (a) which is the only substantive prayer in the Writ Petition, stands worked out.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that the Petitioners shall co-operate and participate in the survey including giving their biometrics.

The Writ Petition to stand disposed of.

We make it clear that we have not gone into the procedure to be adopted by the Respondent No.2Corporation in determining the eligibility of the Street Vendors.
