This petition has been preferred by the petitioner in relation to parole and furlough leave. The learned A.P.P. has filed affidavit of Shri. Sharad S. Shelke who is the Superintendent of Kolhapur Central Prison where the petitioner was lodged. The affidavit states that the appeal preferred by the petitioner has been partly allowed by the Supreme Court and the sentence of life imprisonment has been reduced to ten years on 17.7.2015 and the petitioner was released on the
