In view of the statement made by learned ASG, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, the application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of with liberty to prefer application for bail before the Special Court after fling of charge-sheet.

In the event, application for bail is preferred by the applicant, the same shall be decided expeditiously. Bail Application No.1337 of 2021, stands disposed of accordingly.
