The Petitioner is an association of Government in Aid Ayurvedic and Unani College Teachers. According to the Petitioners, private medical practice is not permissible to them. It is their grievance that though they are entitled for getting non practicing allowance, the same has not been sanctioned and granted to them as yet. It has been stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that the Petitioners had filed a representation dated 9th August, 2012 but till date the same has not been considered and decided by the Respondents.

Today when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioners submit that this Petition may be disposed of by directing the Respondents to consider the Petitioners' grievance and take appropriate decision in regard to their claim for grant of non practicing allowance.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submission, this Petition is disposed of by directing the Respondents to consider the Petitioners' grievance and take appropriate decision on it within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The Petitioner may submit additional documents in support of their representation dated 9th August, 2012 within four weeks from today. 5.

All the contentions are left open.

The Petition stands disposed of as such.
