Vs. Mr. Shrirang L. Devare and Others) which was decided by this Court on 7.2.2018. In this view of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of on the same terms as in Civil W.P. No. 822 of 2018. Rule is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). It is made clear that no further recovery shall be made from any of the respondents.
