Industrial Court to proceed with the matter. All objections raised in these petitions as also earlier raised before the Tribunal are open for adjudication before the Industrial Tribunal."

In view of the said order, the Tribunal was directed to proceed with the matter and further was directed to consider all objections.

The proceedings may have culminated by now.
