The applicant came to be arrested in Crime No. 2676 of 2020 registered at Dattawadi Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under Section 307 of Indian Penal Code, Section 4 r/w. 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 and Sections 37(1) r/w. 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951.

I have heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

The injured is the wife of the present applicant. The injured has filed an Affidavit that they have decided to bury all their differences and disputes as they have small daughter. Considering the facts and circumstances, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail. Hence, the following order is passed :

(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant - Amit Sanjay Kasabe be released on bail in Crime No. 2676 of 2020 registered at Dattawadi Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under Section 307 of Indian Penal Code, Section 4 r/w. 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 and Sections 37(1) r/w. 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951, on furnishing P.R.
