Learned APP has tendered across the Bar, a copy of the report submitted by the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 2.

From the contents of the said report it appears that the petitioner has been transferred to the open jail at Yerwada. 3.

We have carefully perused the letter addressed by the petitioner to the Hon'ble the Chief Justice whereby vague allegations have been made against the police authorities.

In the absence of the material particulars, the general and vague allegations made against the police authorities cannot be considered. 5.

In that view of the matter, the petition does not need further consideration and the same stands disposed of accordingly. 6.
