After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this application, learned counsel for the Applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application.

He further submitted that the Applicant No.2 is a lady. The Applicants are husband and wife. They have twin children. Digitally signed by MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date:

Considering these submissions, though the application can be allowed to be withdrawn, but some directions can be issued so that atleast the Applicant No.2's Bail Application after her arrest, is decided expeditiously.

Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) The application is allowed to be withdrawn.

(ii) This withdrawal will not come in the way of the Applicants to pursue the remedy of regular Bail Application. If such application for regular bail is filed, it shall be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, keeping in mind the health issue of their young daughter.

(iii) With these observations, the application is disposed of.
