There is no dispute that the applicants who seek intervention in this writ petition would be effected if any order is passed by this court in Writ Petition No.4559 of 2014. I am thus inclined to pass an order thereby implementing the applicants as a party respondent nos. 4 and 5 in the writ petition. Civil application is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 2.

Leave to amend is granted. Amendment shall be carried out by the petitioner in the writ petition forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with. Amended copy of the writ petition shall be served upon the newly added parties as

Newly added parties are directed to file affidavit in reply if any, within one week from today and shall serve a copy thereof upon the learned advocates representing the petitioners and the respondent no.1 simultaneously. 4.

Place the writ petition on board for admission on 22nd August, 2016. 5.
