The learned Counsel Mr. Manmath S. Athalye appearing on behalf of the Petitioners submits that Petitioners are the retired medical officers (Grade 3) from Medical Department, Zilla Parishad, District Satara.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that by this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioners are Waghmare 1 / 2

He submits that to that effect the Petitioners also made representation dated 05.12.2016 (page 45 Annexure A3) which is pending on its own merits with Respondent No.3. He submits that this Hon'

ble Court be pleased to direct Respondent Nos.3 and 4 to take immediate decision on their representation dated 05.12.2016. On the other hand, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.3 and 4 submits that they will take atleast eight weeks time to decide the said representation on its own merits. Statement is accepted.

Hence, the following order is passed :

i) Respondent Nos.3 and 4 is directed to decide the Petitioners representation dated 05.12.2016 (page 45 Annexure A3 of the Petition) as early as possible, but in any case within eight weeks from today and inform the decision in writing to the Petitioners or their Advocates. ii) Rule made absolutely as above.

iii) No order as to costs.
