Heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 states that in the light of the order dated 15th February 2018, no action will be taken by the said respondents in respect of the subject towers. 3.

We grant prayer clause (a) of the civil application. We make it clear that the payment of the amounts mentioned therein and the acceptance thereof will be without prejudice to the rights and contentions in the main petition.
