By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking condonation of 15 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 17.11.2017 passed by MACT, Malegaon in MACP No.237 of 2013.

a) Delay in filing First Appeal is condoned.

b) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.

c) No order as to costs.

d) Liberty granted to the appellant to file an additional compilation of documents in the First Appeal.
