Applicant/original informant in C.R. No. 327 of 2021, dated 25th September, 2021, registered with Warje Malwadi Police Station, Pune under Sections 498A, 327, 406, 420, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, has preferred present Application for quashing of said crime registered by her against Respondent No.2-her husband and Respondent Nos. 3 and 4, her in-laws. After completion of investigation, police have submitted charge-sheet in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No.3, Pune and the same has been numbered as R.C.C. No. 1680 of 2022.

Record indicates that, in P.A. No. 1431 of 2021 instituted by Respondent No.2 before the Family Court No.2, Pune, Applicant and Respondent No.2 submitted Compromise Terms dated 28th February, 2023 This Order is modified/corrected by Speaking to Minutes Order dated 20/06/2023. 1/2

CAJ 10-(2)-Apl-318-2023.odt and have settled their matrimonial dispute. Para No.5 of the said Compromise Terms provides for withdrawal of criminal cases filed by Applicant against Respondent No.2 and his family members. In pursuance of the said Compromise Terms, present Application is filed. 3.

Perusal of FIR indicates that, it is filed predominantly due to the matrimonial dispute between Applicant and Respondent No.2. As the Applicant and Respondent No.2. have filed Compromise Terms in their matrimonial dispute, we are quashing the said R.C.C. No. 1680 of 2022 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No.3, Pune arising out of C.R. No. 327 of 2021 registered with Warje Malwadi Police Station, Pune.

Application is according allowed in terms of prayer clauses "b" and "c".
