Heard Mr. Rajeshirke, learned Counsel for the applicant.

By order dated 16.12.2010 as none appeared on behalf of the applicant, Civil Revision Application was dismissed for non-prosecution.

This application is filed for condoning the delay of 74 days in filing the Application and for restoration of C.A.No.314 of 2010 taken out for condoning the delay of 105 days in filing the C.R.A.

Mr. Rajeshirke states that he is not getting 1/2

CAO187_16.doc instructions either from the applicant or from the instructing Advocate. He further states that he does not have papers and proceedings of this matter. He, therefore, seeks time. He assures that on the next date of hearing, he will proceed to argue the C.R.A. on merits on the footing that Civil Application No.187 of 2016 as also Civil Application No.314 of 2010 are allowed. He also seeks permission to take photocopies of the proceedings at his expenses. Permission is granted.
