P.C:- This is an application for leave to amend the Petition in terms of Schedule (Exh. A).

The Applicants are the original accused in a complaint case under Sections 499 and 500 of the I.P.C. which is pending on the file of the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate. It is submitted that Applicant No.1 is an organization and as per the resolution dated 21st November, 2014, the name of the Applicant No.1 Organization is changed as 'Lodge Friendship & Harmony No.27'. The learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 submits that appropriate orders may be passed in this regard. The Criminal Writ Petition challenges the order of issue of process S.R.JOSHI
