Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed recording the understanding that the Petitioner will deposit Rs.8,000/- per month with effect from 2018 in the Small Causes Court, Mumbai. KSG 1/2

Let the arrears be deposited within a period of two months from the date of this order and the compensation be continued to be deposited on a monthly basis till the disposal of the Appeal No.333 of 2018 pending before the Appellate Bench of Small Causes Court, Mumbai.
