DATE : 30 JUNE 2015 P.C. :- 1] These civil applications seek condonation of delay in the matter of deposit of rents in pursuance of order dated 1 December 2010 before the Small Causes Court. The delay is stated to be of about nine months. Reasons have been set out as to why the deposit of rent could not be made within the prescribed period.

2] Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the applicants are permitted to deposit arrears of rents before the Small Causes Court within a period four weeks from today. However in respect of the delayed period, the applicants shall pay interest upon the arrears at the rate of 15% per annum.

3] The civil applications are accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

4] All concerned to act on basis of authenticated copy of this order.
