Learned counsel Mr.Munde seeks withdrawal of the application on the ground that he is appointed as Special Public Prosecutor to represent the DRI and NCB and there would be clashing of interest in representing the applicant. 2.

Since the application is not heard on merits, it is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed off as such, with a liberty being conferred upon the applicant to bring out the fresh application.
