In this Civil Application the U.S.A. based Applicanthusband seeks access of his Pune based two daughters on Skype and also the access to the grant parents.

The Applicant-husband has challenged the order passed by the Family Court, Pune holding that the Family Court, Pune has jurisdiction to try and entertain the application for the custody filed by the Respondent-wife. The Applicant-husband has challenged the 1 / 2

The application for access is not made before the learned Judge of the Family Court and it is made directly in the present Civil Revision Application. Therefore, the Applicant-husband may file an application for access before the Family Court, Pune without prejudice. The order of the Family Court holding that the Family Court has jurisdiction to try and entertain the matter of custody filed by the Respondent-wife holds the field as on today. 3.

In view of the above, the civil application stands disposed of. All the contentions raised are kept open. 4.
