This is an application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure filed by the Applicant-husband whereby it is prayed that Marriage Petition No.142/2015 pending before the Family Court at Pune be transferred to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmednagar. 2.
Mr.Killedar, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent on instructions submits that the Respondent would have no objection for such a transfer inasmuch as Marriage Petition No.499 of 2013 is pending before the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmednagar. In view of the above submission, on the consent of the respondent the Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus:-
Pvr 2 p3mca89-16.doc "(b) transfer the Marriage Petition No.142/2015 pending in the Learned Family Court, Pune to the Learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Ahmednagar;"

The intimation of this order be forwarded to the Office of the Registrar, Family Court at Pune so that the proceedings of Marriage Petition No.142 of 2015 are transferred at the earliest to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmednagar. The proceedings be transferred within a period of four weeks from today.

The parties shall approach the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmednagar on 9th June 2016 and appear in Marriage Petition No.499 of 2013 and Marriage Petition No.142 of 2015. The trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of these petitions as expeditiously as possible. The parties are directed to cooperate in the early disposal of the petitions. . 5.
Miscellaneous Civil Application is disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
