By this application, Applicant is seeking permission to restore the Writ Petition which stood dismissed in view of conditional order dated 05.03.2021 passed by this court for want of removal of all offce objections.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant undertakes to remove all offce objections within one week from today. He submits that in the interest of Justice, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to restore the Writ Mohite 1/2

18 ia876-21.odt Petition and allow the Applicant to remove all offce objections. He submits that if Interim Application is not allowed, irreparable loss will be caused to the Applicant. 4.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Applicant, averments made in interim application and as the Applicant is ready and willing to remove all offce objections within one week from today, we are satisfed that Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Interim Application. Hence, following order is passed: a.

Applicant is permitted to remove all offce objections on or before 09.04.2021.

b.

Writ Petition (St.) No.4714 of 2021 is restored on fle for hearing on its own merits.

c.

Interim Application stands disposed of accordingly. d.

No order as to costs.
