Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the Respondent No.2 submitted that the parties have amicably settled the dispute and have executed Consent Terms. Mr. Bharatbhai Kantilal Shah, Authorized Representative of the Petitioner and Mrs. Ashabai Rajesh Pawar, Respondent No.2 - Workman, are present. They admit the contents of the Consent Terms and the execution thereof. Upon being specifically enquired, Respondent No.2 Workman submits that she is agreeable to receive a sum of Rs.2 Lakhs in full and final settlement of her claim against the Petitioner and a cheque drawn for the said amount has been delivered to her. Consent Terms are, thus, taken on record and marked 'X'. 4.

The Petition stands disposed in accordance with the Consent Terms 'X'. 5.
