This Petition is filed for the following substantial relief :- "(a)That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash the FIR bearing CR No.I-501/2014 registered at Central Police Station, Ulhasnagar-3 for the offence punishable under sections 353, 332 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code , 1860 registered at Central Police Station, Ulhasnagar-3 in the interest of justice."

The learned APP, on instructions of officer PSI Mr. M A Jadhav of Central Police Station, Ulhasnagar-3, who is present in the court, submits that after the investigation, the charge-sheet is filed, thereafter charge is framed and the trial is already commenced. Since the trial is already commenced, we are not inclined to entertain this Petition for the simple reason that this Petition is filed praying therein to quash the impugned FIR bearing CR No.I-501/2014 registered at Central Police Station, Ulhasnagar-3 for the offence punishable under Sections 353, 332 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is also required to be noted that the charge-sheet is already filed and the charge is also framed. In our opinion, the ends of justice would be met, if we direct the trail Court to expedite the trial.

The Writ Petition stands disposed with the directions to the trial court to expedite the trial and complete the same as expeditiously as possible , however, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order. [N. J. JAMADAR, J] [S. S. SHINDE , J] lgc
