We have perused the record of the police.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a matter of civil dispute and, therefore, the F.I.R. is required to be quashed and set aside. The money received by the petitioner is already repaid to the complainant, but, learned counsel submits that, there is no material produced to show repayment of the money received from the complainant.
2/2 928-wp-1165-16 Learned APP submits that the investigation is likely to be completed and the police would be filing report shortly. At this stage no interference is warranted.
Keeping all issues on merits open, petition is disposed of.
