It is not disputed by the learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in the petition has already been considered and decided by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Smt. Savitribai Narsayya Guddapa Vs. State of Maharashtra and others in Writ Petition no. 8985 of 2011 and the said order has attained the finality as the SLP filed against it by the State

In the circumstances, this petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed in the case of Savitribai Narsayya Guddapa [supra]. The directions contained in the order shall apply to this case also.

In view of the disposal of the writ petition, civil application is also stands disposed of.
