Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This Appeal came to be fled by the Appellant seeking to challenge the order dated 11th December, 2015 passed by the M.P.I.D. Court directing the Appellant to deposit the rent /benefts/ profts received from the property attached by the competent authority from 10th September, 2012 to 11th February, 2015 and the subsequent order has came to be passed by the M.P.I.D. Court on 28th July, 2015 wherein the tenant of some premises undertake to deposit the rent before M.P.I.D. Court.

Consequently, the present Appeal has become infructuous in view of subsequent order passed by the M.P.I.D. Court and the undertaking submitted by the Appellant before M.P.I.D. Court.
