By consent of parties, the impugned order passed by the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Mumbai on 20th May, 2015 in Revision Application No.498 of 2013 is set aside. The Revision Application No.498 of 2013 is restored to file. 2.

The Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal shall decide the said Revision Application on its own merit without being influenced by the observations made and the conclusion drawn in the impugned order dated 20th May, 2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that his client or his advocate will remain present as and when the matter would appear before the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal and shall not seek any unnecessary adjournment. The statement is accepted. 1/2

Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal is directed to dispose of the said Revision Application expeditiously and not later than six months from the date of the communication of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Ad-interim relief granted by this Court to continue during the pendency of the said Revision Application and for a period of two weeks from the date of communication of the order as may be passed by the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal if the same is adverse against the petitioner.

All the parties as well as the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal to act on the authenticated copy of this order. (R.D. DHANUKA, J.) 2/2
