Heard the applicant in person and learned A.P.P. for the State. The applicant admits that he had earlier filed petition bearing Criminal Writ Petition No. 2745 of 2012 for the same relief. He had withdrawn the same. He was directed to move Sessions Court by way of filing revision application. The order passed by this court is dated 17th April, 2013. In view of the said order, present Criminal Application cannot be entertained and the same is dismissed.
