Though the cause made out is hardly satisfactory, since the learned Counsel for the Appellants has stated that it was his mistake in not supplying the copies and has tendered an unconditional apology and for this clear fault of the Advocate, the client should not suffer, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b), (c) and (d).

In view of the disposal of Civil Application No. 618 of 2017 and grant of prayers therein, Civil Application No. 619 of 2017 does not survive and is accordingly disposed of. All necessary steps will be taken by the Applicants within period of four weeks from today.
