Perused records. It appears that notice issued through Bailiff to Respondent Nos.3 & 4 returned unserved with remark, "building demolished & said Respondents shifted somewhere. Hence, notice returned unserved with remark of Bailiff, "Said Respondent not residing at given address". Respondent No.2 is minor through his Guardian, Respondent No.1.

The addresses mentioned in above notices are similar addresses mentioned in Appeal Memo & also in Judgment of the Lower Court.

- 2 - This is sufficient to allow the application regarding Substitute Service of Respondent Nos.1 to 5 by way of Publication in Daily Newspapers, viz. "The Times of India" & "Maharashtra Times".

In view of this, Civil Application for Publication is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause (a), returnable by 6 weeks.
