CORAM :

NARESH H. PATIL AND PRAKASH D. NAIK, JJ.

July 27, 2016.

P.C. :

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in a criminal case, the petitioner is an accused, where charge-sheet has been filed.

In this view of the matter, the petitioner may resort to alternate appropriate remedy as permissible in law.

The petitioner has another grievance that on a complaint filed by the petitioner, "A" Summary was filed and the petitioner has taken objection, on which the trial court is yet to pass order.

2/2 910criwp116514 As regard the allegations of alleged illtreatment, the petitioner may approach the higher authority.

In the facts, we are not inclined to entertain the petition. Petition is dismissed.
