The Registrar (Judicial-II) of this Court by the impugned order dated 16th October, 2019 granted four weeks time to the applicant to remove the office objections, failing which it was inter alia stated that the registration of the First Appeal shall stand refused.

Learned Counsel for the applicant - insurer submits that due to inadvertence and heavy workload, the first appeal and the civil application remained unattended, which was not intentional. It is also submitted that the applicant has a good case on merits. 4.

As sufficient cause has been shown, the order impugned is set aside and the First Appeal is restored to the file. 5.

The appellant to remove the office objections within two weeks from today, failing which the impugned order would stand revived automatically without further reference to the Court. (PRITHVIRAJ K. CHAVAN, J.)
