By this Application, the Applicant is seeking transfer of Marriage Petition No.A-71/2022 pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Pune to Family Court, Solapur. It is contention of the learned counsel for the Applicant that the Applicant stays at Solapur with her parents. The Applicant is suffering from Thyroid and PCOS/PCOD Syndrome. It is finding difficult for her to attend the Court dates at Pune, in the proceedings filed by the Respondent-Husband. Hence, requested to allow the Application. 2.

Though Respondent is served and sufficient chances given to the Respondent to argue the matter, but the Respondent is N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

The Applicant stays with her family at Solapur. Distance between Solapur to Pune is around 400 km two and pro. She suffering from Thyroid and PSOC/PCOD Syndrome. Considering the reasons mentioned in the Application as well as it is settled principle of law convenience of the wife has to be considered while transferring the Petition.

In view of above, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) The Marriage Petition No.71 of 2022 pending before C.J.S.D., Pune be transferred to Family Court, Solapur.

(ii) Both the parties to appear before the concerned Court on 15th February 2024.

(iii) The Application is allowed and disposed of.
