Learned counsel for the applicant orally seeks extension of time of 6 weeks to comply with clause (iii) of the order dated 2nd February 2021 passed by this Court in Interim Application No. 307/2021 in Criminal Appeal No. 91/2021, which directs the applicant to deposit 50% of the fine amount in the trial Court within 8 weeks from the date of the said order. 13-IA-1025-2021.doc The said request/prayer was made, as the Court was not inclined to completely relax the aforesaid condition i.e. clause (iii) of the operative part of the order dated 2nd February 2021. Accordingly, time to deposit 50% of the fine amount in the trial Court, is extended by 6 weeks from today.

As far as prayer clauses (b) and (c) are concerned, learned counsel for the applicant, at this stage, does not press for the said prayers and seeks liberty to file a fresh application with respect to prayer clause (c) at a later stage. Leave granted.

Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order. REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
