Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, stated that the parties to the petition have settled their dispute and have filed consent terms in summary suit No.1118 of 2010. He has placed on record the copy of the consent terms filed in the said summary suit. In view of the settlement of the dispute, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Leave as prayed for, is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of the disposal of the petition, criminal application No. 264 of 2016 will not survive for consideration and the same is also disposed of.
