Learned APP submits that on the complaint lodged by petitioner, offence has been registered being C.R. No. 124/2016, Govandi Police Station. The investigation has been transferred to EOW and EOW has registered C.R. No. 64/2016.

Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that some of

Perused the record. We are not inclined to pass such order at this stage. We expect the EOW to investigate the matter on its own merits. 4.

In the facts, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, petition is disposed of.
