The petitioner who appears in person, is not present.

The learned counsel for the respondent points out that this petition challenges the order dated 10-03-2015 made by the Family Court at Bandra in Marriage Petition No.A-491/ 2012, by which, the petitioner was directed to pay cost of Rs.5,000/- for adjourning the matter without sufficient cost. He submits that as of now, the Marriage Petition No.A491/2012 has already been disposed of and further, the petitioner has instituted an appeal against the final decision. N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

The learned counsel for the petitioner also points out that the Family Court, on 30-03-2015 has imposed cost of Rs.5,000/- upon the respondent as well for being late in attending the proceeding.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing really survives in the present petition. The petitioner, in terms of the impugned order, need not pay cost of Rs.5,000/- to the respondent and at the same time, the respondent, in terms of order dated 30-03-2015, need not pay any cost to the petitioner. The reliefs in this petition, therefore, stand worked out. 5.

This petition is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
